My experience at this hotel was quite the rollercoaster. On one hand, I loved the location and the ambiance, which felt trendy and cozy. The staff at the pool were incredible and attentive, making my time there enjoyable. However, I struggled with check-in and found the overall customer service lacking, which is a significant downside. The cleanliness of my room also left much to be desired, even though the gym was fantastic.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional, especially from Ivan, the concierge, who helped with reservations and rearranging plans after a flight cancellation. The location was convenient, and the room was spacious and clean. However, I did face some issues with room service and housekeeping, which was disappointing given the price point. Overall, it's a place with potential but could improve in some areas.
